1000th views celebration for our "Secret" video
Congrats to our "Secret" video that has finally hit the 1000th views mark on Youtube yesterday!
We have also gotten back our marks. Unfortunately, we did not do well. Our result is 73 marks. We were all given a shock when we saw what was the return of our time and efforts spent on this project. (the highest was 83)
Comparing with other groups (no offence), we thrive in the category of "quality", "special effects", "sound", "filming sets", "editing" and "music". Every part was given special attention and done out of professionalism. Prior to the release of the results, we were the group that received the most compliments and praises from our fellow classmates. Ms Lam also saw our video and was so impressed that she showed it to her class. (She also said that she would give us 100 marks if she was our teacher). Although we may not be the best, we do not think the gap between us and the group with the highest marks should be so huge. Nevertheless, We had gained an unique experience and created stronger bonds between us from this project. Although our efforts may not be recognised by our teacher, to us, we have already did our best.
Now let's celebrate and watch our utterly underated project again...
Wow, since super long I didn't come to this blog , Yesterday me & SH went for BBQ To sort of celebrate Mid Autumn Festival Played with candles & fire , using sticks, leaves and stones too . & you know what , my brother attracted lots of young kids , and they played dangerously ya, of course we asked them to go away , they didn't . so my mum came to our rescue :/ around 10 plus , we went back home , thats all for yesterday sorry for a short post (pictures uploaded another time)

Part time Designer?
Wow!!! I had a packed Holiday! I had been looking at Photoshop for the whole holiday!!! Now, when I look at it, I feel like puking... :D I had been designing this and designing that... But likely I finished my homework...
Ok, back to the topic...
First, I designed the Popular poster which I had shown you in the last post... (Wasn't so hard as I had experience)
Next, My Dad asked me to try design an umbrella for his boss, Which was also the boss of Sau San Tong... I bet you don't know what's that. It is a famous beauty and slimming centre in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Guang Zhou, Shen Zhen, Han Zhou and also Canada. I tried to create a pattern or a icon for the design...
This is what I came up with... Do you know what does this symbolises? (think first before reviewing the answer)
Ans: It is the 美 word!!! Can you see it?
I got the idea when I see the 美 word on yahoo search engine!
Ok, over thousands of tests (or maybe less), I final came up with one which the boss accepted
Here's the final design (not my favourite, but he liked it)
And I had to design another one, cause his daughter liked the sakura flower... (roll eyes) Anyway, his requirement was making the flowers look like they are falling... AND THE IRRITATING PART WAS THE WATER DROPLETS. (they were so difficult to handle)

I can't believe that he accepted this design at first glance... Maybe his daughter like it... (There are small water droplets which you have to zoom in to see)
Anyway, I have done my part and the rest will be left for the factory to complete. 1000 umbrellas will be made for the Anniversary of the Sau San Tong branch in Canada. I'm really excited to see the final results. I think it will be done by next month. I will post it once I have the product :D
I'm at my parents' office now... Just completed another poster to be released in the November edition of the POPULAR magazine... Today is the official opening day of my parents' office and I was of course, the cameraman as always (did this job for Choir Europe trip and Choir Camp). Momo and Coco went there too after their piano practical exam. Good Luck to them!
Anyway about my poster... I did this from morning till now. Momo, being a "kind" cow, help me a little... If u look at the middle of the picture, u can see a Mickey and Minnie pink laptop, that's the one that she helped me erase the background to make it transparent. However, she took a loooooonnnnnngggggg time... Beginner mah... LOL! Nevertheless, I appreciate her efforts.

Yesterday, I had a fun day! I went to watch WALL.E with my parents and, surprisingly, my maid. We invited her as there was a promotion of buying 4 tickets at the price of 3. At first, we were like "The square thingy looks so boring!". However, after we saw the movie, we changed our mind. This movie now ranks 3rd in my Disney.Pixar list, just behind Finding Nemo and The Incredibles.

Here's the synosis What if mankind had to leave Earth, and somebody forgot to turn the last robot off? After hundreds of lonely years of doing what he was built for, WALL*E (short for Waste Allocation Load Lifter Earth-Class) discovers a new purpose in life (besides collecting knick-knacks) when he meets a sleek search robot named EVE. EVE comes to realize that WALL*E has inadvertently stumbled upon the key to the planet's future, and races back to space to report her findings to the humans (who have been eagerly awaiting word that it is safe to return home). Meanwhile, WALL*E chases EVE across the galaxy and sets an adventure into motion. Joining WALL*E on his journey across the universe is a cast of characters including a pet cockroach and a heroic team of malfunctioning misfit robots.
I shall not disclose anymore of the story. This is not just a fun movie, but also have a moral to it. It shows how our home will become if we do not take care of it. Go watch it yourself. You're sure to have a blast!
